The 7th Annual Black Male Educator Appreciation and Day of Action celebrating Black male educators in Georgia on Thursday, February 26, 2026, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the capitol. 

We will be selecting a Black Male Teacher to celebrate at the capitol from our Legacy 26. We want to have 26 Black male teachers from across Georgia who are nominated.

Once submitted, we will contact the nominee to let them know they have been nominated, and we will follow up with them regarding next steps.

Please submit nominations by Monday, January 19, 2026 MLK Day.
